Oana was amazing and set me at ease I have always been nervous about having my teeth looked at and have problems with having items put in my mouth Oana made sure I was comfortable throughout and was very sensitive to my particular needs Excellent customer service - cant wait for my alligners to arrive Thank you

Really easy process

Really easy process I visited the Liverpool Smile Direct and everything was really smooth from getting me fitted for my aligners to receiving them Noticed a lot of movement in my teeth throughout the process did have to come in for a touch up as my bottom tooth was being stubborn But this was arranged so quickly and easily with no issues what so ever New aligners were set out to help my bottom teeth along the way Excited to see the end result

I am here with Ellie she is fabulous and kind as you could imagine She did the gig and tried her best to give me back my confidence in my smile Over all the process is great and easy all I can hope is I will get back my smile in next 6 months even though I have got deep pockets I meant teethth pockets

Smile Direct Club Liverpool

Started my smile direct journey at the exchange flags shop in July The staff were super friendly and helpful My aligners came within 2 weeks and I had no issues throughout the treatment Noticed towards the end of my plan that a couple of my teeth hadn t moved as planned I reached out to the smile experts and they got me booked in for another free scan Now I m just waiting for my plan to be approved and we ll go again very happy with the level of customer service and they made me feel validated in wanting a slight tweak at the end Would recommend
