I started my Journey in July 23 with Smile direct club Liverpool and i am so happy with my results The staff are very friendly and helpful as are the customer care team I am very happy with my results and had no issues whatsoever with my treatment which was completed within 4 months I would recomend smile direct club to anyone

Felt comfortable the second I stepped into the store welcomed with a big smile and felt at ease throughout the experience there Yvonne is an absolute credit to S D C and is a glowing example of someone who knows how to work with people and provide amazing customer service knows her stuff and is just an overall wonderful person to deal with Have since went back for advice about an ill-fitting aligner and again was helped by Yvonne who quickly helped me and gave me much needed advice 10 10 Yvonne keep up the good work And so happy with the results I m getting from the aligners

My experience at smile direct and lady

My experience at smile direct and lady called Cheryl I can understand her over information on smile and veneer which help my teeth shape etc I understand all about it plus make me comfortable but I was wee bit confused at start then I get there at end I m happy with it

Laura was amazing she did a new 3D scan of my teeth and reassured me that SDC will re-do my retainers free of charge as the one they made didn t fit

Lovely staff very informative answered all of my questions with no stone left unturned The treatment process was clearly explained and felt at ease with no pressure to commit I committed because of the price and how easy the steps are to follow Contact details have also been provided should I need help or have any more questions Overall a really nice relaxed appointment and half the cost I have previously been quoted If I qualify for treatment and achieve the anticipated results I will be thrilled and will definitely recommend to everyone who may be considering the treatment
