Compassionate and supportive

I had a personal family situation and these guys were very understanding and sympathetic Replies to emails were prompt and polite I was not made to feel l was just a customer every email was genuinely courteous and kind and my concern was resolved in less than a week Thankyou for being so nice at a difficult time

The customer service I received from Kevin M at Ticket Web was exceptional Through my own fault I made an error with my booking I contacted them and didn t expect a reply so quickly but the matter was resolved in under an hour Polite well structured reply which explained exactly what I had to do to sort my error Thanks again Kevin it s really appreciated

Lost my e-tickets and confirmation email About to divorce the Wife but contacted the help desk Louie E had new tickets emailed immediately cancelled the solicitor he s not happy and rescued my dinner from the bin

Contacted customer services after i had some difficulty n confusion on website to book preferred date for event Reply back was swift n personnal after several other emails i was successful in getting right tickets for right night and was fully refunded for other night not needed Positive prompt efficient friendly service No matter what time of day

I had ordered 4 tickets for Devin Townsend and requested e ticket back in January 23 but when I checked today 28th March only two were attached to the email After emailing through Ticketwebs online service regarding this I thought I would be waiting for someone Earl contacted me via email with the two missing tickets attached took less than 15 minutes for him to respond and put my mind at ease BRILLIANT
