Fast and helpful staff

I had lost my tickets and emailed to ask if there was anything I could do and the staff were so helpful and very quick to reply All got sorted very easily within only a couple of hours - thank you so much

Did not receive tickets

Fantastic customer service and quick service Had an issue where i did not receive my tickets via email When i flagged the issue staff where very quick to resolve respond to fix it Received them within the hour Highly recommend

Rescheduled gig refund

A gig had to be rescheduled due to injury to the artist I can t make the rescheculed date I ve let Hanz know and they have immediatley refunded me without quibble Credit where it s due that s brilliant service

I contacted ticketweb when I could not find the email that my gig tickets were contained in I had an almost immediate response from Hanz Goodwin who re sent the tickets Great service

Cancelled tickets

Due to a recent illness we were unable to attend our concert After supplying the sick note we were fully refunded Elaine and Hanze have been very helpful

Thought my ticket purchase hadn t gone through so I repeated the action ended up buying twice Hanz refunded my second purchase the same day Thank you

Customer Sevice was amazing I hadn t heard anything about my event in 2 days time so I contacted customer service Hanz was superb Fast polite and made it very easy You saved the day thank you Will definitely use them again

Great Customer Service

I had a minor complaint about some after party tickets we purchased I submitted a form online got an instant response that they had my query and within 2 working days after a few emails my issue was resolved Great customer service from Katie C thank you

Speedy reissue of tickets

I had managed to delete my tickets for a concert I requested them and received an email saying the team was busy and it might take a while Tickets were re-issued less than two hours later Great service from Hanz Godwin T much appreciated
