Was trying to get information via online chat Was going round in circles as the bot didn t understand the question I was asking it drove me mad Resorted to phoning TSB Swansea spoke to Annalise she was able to sort out the problem talked me through the process she was amazing just wish customers could talk to a human being instead of in my opinion stupid machines Speaking to Annalise restored faith in TSB
