Best Bank in Ireland
I have never had a problem with them Everything works like it should all of the staff are very nice to deal with and the guys in the branch could not be more helpful I would highly recommend to anyone looking The only bad thing I can say about them is that they don t have google pay active but I assume that will come soon They are very easy to get a hold of on the phone and are always very very helpful when there seldom is a problem The local branch is very useful and compared to the other banks in the area they are amazing and are willing to help at any time Very fair and just an overall great bank I ll be staying with them for the foreseeable future

Had a problem with my card
Had a problem with my card went to raheny Ptsb branch to get it sorted and have to say talk about 5 star staff was brought into an office to get my problem fixed and was done within minutes young lady blonde girl miss Kelly was absolutely top class with me fixed all my problems I ve been having could not speak highly enough of this branch

guess what ur a c is in credit visa
guess what ur a c is in credit visa debit card suddenly ptsb blocks it what do u do u contact ptsb on ur phone nothing happens so ur told to go to ur nearest branch meanwhile uv got a new debit card that dosent work so im in my local branch the new card works i go down town an 2 transactions say transaction rejected i go back to the bank an find out a transaction i made in nothern ireland is deemed a fraud so my card is blocked remember this is for 3 weeks the firm are online an legit but get this ptsb who said my transaction was suspect had no difficuty in with drawin money from my a c to pay it so when is doing buisness in northern ireland not legit customer service rating zero were all treated as criminals shame on ptsb

Been a customer for 40 years
Been a customer for 40 years never have I been so insulted in all my life 74yrs the financial trickery and manipulation of innocent people with limited income is nothing short of fraud I will be lobbying my local politicians in conjunction with complaints to the Financial Regulator Hopefully I can get a journalist to champion the cause and investigate the scandalous nature of the smoke and mirrors tactics employed by the PTSB AND EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THE BRASS AND COMPLIANT STAFF OF THE ORGANISATION Shame on everyone of you

Online banking disaster
The app is always days behind It s impossible to see what money you have They charge 10 for a returned direct debit 4 44- Ulster bank but its so difficult to keep the account in credit because you have to guess how much money you have available It s like something from the 90s It can t be that difficult to have your balance update instantly on your account PTSB get your IT dept sorted please The other financial institutions can do it Times are hard enough financially

Bring your custom elsewhere
Friendly staff but unable to fulfil what would have typically been considered standard transactions due to a cash-free system in place in many branches Customer service is also difficult to contact When contacted they seem very limited in what they can do to help and tell you to go into a branch The staff in the branch then sometimes refer you back to the customer service phone line Lastly the increasing lack of physical branches is really irritating After almost 20 years with PTSB I ll be switching to another bank
