Moody till worker

I couldn t find my size in some jeans but a worker quickly found them for me However the girl at the till was very moody which had to make me knock one star off

A little disappointed

Love these shoes a little disappointed though that they were obviously a return from another customer On opening the box it just looked that they had been thrown in straps undone bits of thread caught up in the Velcro shoes not stuffed and wrapped with tissue I know it might seem trivial but at over 120 I would have expected them to be checked before being sent out On the positive side quick delivery and great email communication

Receiving an E-voucher via E-mail takes a long time

I have ordered an E-voucher The transmission of the E-voucher took a long time a few hours and there is no nice voucher to print out But otherwise everything went well

Quick replies

Replied fast- took a while to understand that half my order wasn t shipped and I just wanted what got lost After sending photo evidence of the weight of the parcels to prove some items didn t arrive they understood

Amazing

These are the best and most trendy joggers ever I love them so much and wear them all the time The only thing is they took a while to arrive therefore taking the rating down one star but other than that they were perfect
