If I could have given less stars than one I would The customer service is appalling to say the least After my initial order wasn t delivered on time they sent another parcel without contacting me first then of course both arrived within a day of each other I ve been trying to return the second one since I really don t need the two of the exact same thing and I think it would take less time if I carried it back I m pretty sure they re just trying to scam me to charge my card for the second item as well Avoid unless you enjoy terrible customer service

Avoid- Can t return items
UPDATE my credit card company found in my favour as Uterque couldn t be bothered to reply to the dispute so the charges were wiped plus I got an item I can now sell on More fool them HOWEVER note that I have now been blacklisted from Zara com My orders around this time were immediately being refunded Customer service were very cagey as to why and only admitted the link when I asked them after 3 times of it happening Imagine the nerve of this when their sister company are completely in the wrong Trading standards where are you avoid like the plague Should ve listened to my spidey sense and avoided- no retailer should have a collection-only return policy it s dodgy practice The customer is basically at the mercy of whether this company bother to respond or not Which they don t In the last few weeks I ve filled in numerous online return request forms complaints emails and a phone call- to no avail I ve twice been told UPS would collect the return but surprise surprise they haven t I was told that items can ONLY be sent back via them This is surely as close to a scam as you will get I ve now had to instigate proceedings through my credit card company to get my money back which is ridiculous So Uterque are basically denying you your statutory rights to return unwanted items how are they getting away with this Do not buy here people- the clothes are absolutely not worth the hassle

I checked this before I bought anything from this shop and hoped that my experience would be different Unfortunately it has been a disaster Ordered two shirts in September and one didn t fit Customer service ignored my request for a return form and for some reason they don t just give you a sticker to send it back I had to go on all their social media platforms and comment on their posts to get a response and then finally UPS comes two weeks later It s been over two weeks since the shirt was sent back and I got nothing No email confirmation no refund no nothing I will have to YET AGAIN go online and write comments on their social media posts to get a response The worst shopping experience i have ever had I think they are breaching a dozen EU consumer rights protocols in the process of their god awful customer service Just don t do it

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE Ordered shoes for 200 on 10 31 Soon after an email and tracking number was supplied saying it had been sent using FEDEX The number is wrong totally fabricated I contacted FEDEX myself and the number does not exist I have sent THREE emails to Customer Service Hell and have yet to receive a response No phone number no chat no communication Uterque needs to leave the Dark Ages of business and practice superb client services if its going to survive I ve always shopped in person while in Spain due to this Chinese Virus I have not traveled and thought shopping online would be a great idea NOT I am giving them 24hrs notice from my last email to reply If no response I will be cancelling my CC payment Sorry but this is the only recourse we have as clients No response Cancel your payment See how things start to change maybe

Wrong product delivered and no accountability
Ordered a gold bag the bag came in the green The customer service has been shocking in trying to return these and no offer for them to rectify the issue and to send me the right product Seriously Wouldn t shop there again

Ordered one parcel and Uterque told UPS to pick up two As a consequence Uterque are attempting to steal goods that aren t their own The goods are waiting to be returned to another supplier via another courier Untrustworthy unethical and illegal practice UPS bullied an elderly lady to give them two parcels and not one The tracker confirms that the second parcel has been delivered to Uterque pretty much overnight Will be pushing this to court - Unbelievable how company s such as this are allowed to be in business

Don t use them
Don t use them The quality of their products for the price is poor and when you try and return items they give you a 3-day window for collection with no update on collection times I can t believe Zara actually own them as they feel like a rubbish startup

My return item was never collected
I ordered a dress in July that did not fit so I immediately requested a return I was advised that UPS would contact in 3 days and collect the item I was never contacted by UPS and no one ever tried to collect I have contacted ten times since by email phone and WhatsApp and each time Uterque have just tried to tell me UPS will collect On my last call I was assured that the relevant department would contact but they did not and I just got another email telling me that a new refund request had been raised We are now five months on and I am 155 down Appalling service - if UPS is at fault then uterque should raise it with them and refund the money in the meantime or at least make more effort
