Our insurance adjust is Derek Franks This man is simply an amazing man This was a horrible unfortunate water event in our home From start to finish I can not say enough things about him He was so kind knowledgeable patient from me rambling understanding thorough very very prompt on correspondence informative we just thank him enough for how amazing he was to us I truly believe that ALL insurance companies should learn a lot from how great this man is and how he conducts him self Best professional in any experience I ve had in my life came from this great great man Again Derek you simply are the best Thanks a million gazillion times sir

Lost earring

My wife lost one earring while at a luncheon club event I notified Vault got an estimate for the replacement earring from the jeweler who sold me the original pair and we reimbursed by Vault all within about a two week period The process was easy pretty quick and painless and required no follow-up or prodding calls or emails I am very happy and completely satisfied with the results and the overall claims experience

Words can t describe how great of experience it was working with Vault They made my insurance company look like dog food Matt Hughes my point of contact was exceptional They should clone him and deployed him at other locations- honestly I could not have been happier I am actually looking at switching from present insurance company to Vault because of my experiences with Matt and Vault

Our experience with Vault was of excellent from beginning to end All phases of the flood clean up experience were handled beautifully The drying and clean up company arrived just a couple of hours after we called to place a claim The Vault representatives were in contact with us continuously The insurance adjuster quickly prepared his estimate and we received our check just three weeks after reporting the claim They were truly great

Everything has been excellent

Everything has been excellent from just after the hurricane Ian hit and you contacted us We were at our home in Norway at that time returned to Cape Coral in Florida by November 1st You answered telephone calls and emails immediately The adjuster did an excellent job before we returned to Florida and we got the payment right after Nothing could have been better We are impressed

Lost diamond from Linda s wedding ring

Linda lost the marquis diamond off her wedding ring when our dog jumped on her and dislodged it It fell into the snow and we never found it This was 3 years ago She finally gave up looking for it and we filed a claim with Vault under the jewelry policy where it was listed along with its appraisal Vault paid for the new diamond with no problem Thanks Her ring now looks great
