I experienced a poor response time I submitted a quote request on 4 12 21 and 4 13 21 the underwriter emailed me asking for a wind mit and proof of a water shutoff device which I emailed back the same day No response to various other emails I called late Friday and was told will hold the date of 4 16 21 and would have a response my Monday Well Monday came and went and I didn t receive a response Tuesday I emailed our marketing director and only then did I receive a declination If response time is bad how would filing a claim be

I had a water heater leak that did quite a bit of damage in my master bedroom even though we caught it quickly Vault paid the claim without an issue but they are dropping me as a result of filing a valid claim

You need to start downloading as it makes it very hard for the CSR s to input all the information in and then invoice it All of the other companies download and it makes a transaction very easy Thank you

Systems are not up to par yet
It s still hard to quote states that are not online - too much back and forth with underwriters to get quotes from those states since we never get them back correct the first time Billing is also confusing and not smooth when there are states online and not in the same account

You used to be hungry to write new business and the turnaround to get quotes back was responsive from underwriting No longer the case Rob Vitaglione is exceptional and without him I think you would be lost and I would not submit new business to Vault He goes out of his way to help and be creative in looking at opportunities He is over-worked and does not get the support he or I need You are changing underwriters on us again and this slows the process down greatly

Everyone at Vault we interact with are great but systems are terrible
Everyone at Vault we interact with are all very professional and respectful However the sites and systems are terrible endorsements take way too long to get processed There is no way for us to see the billing system This makes for a negative client experience Very confusing as to what policies are where since there are two systems

We thought your customer service was great It s terrible that our contract was terminated for production though when it was Vault that increase underwriting requirements We should have been allowed to stay on until the market corrected itself and normal insurance levels returned We re a great agency and were a great match with original underwriting

You have tightened your underwriting
You have tightened your underwriting guidelines significantly over time which makes it difficult for me to place more business with you Also not writing secondary rentals without a primary makes my life difficult in the Charleston area I wish you would go back to offer 750k and up so I could still write high value homes under 1M
