Donnie was the best

I literally have never had a more pleasant experience with a claim Lauraleigh Weaver made our lightning bolt house damage much easier to deal with She was quick to respond with empathy and direction and proceeded apace to get us reimbursed Lauraleigh is what any smart employer desires in a customer service professional

Claim was for windshield

Donnie from Vault was absolutely amazing We ran into a lot of issues with our mechanic who was trying to scam us and Donnie was helping us the entire way This was the first time my wife and I ever had to deal with car insurance and he walked us through it He turned what would have been a nightmare scenario with the mechanic into something that was way more than doable thanks to his expertise He saved us our sanity as well as probably thousands of dollars of extra repairs He spent hours talking to the mechanic negotiating for us and we knew he had our backs the entire time He also did not hesitate to help us way past his work hours since we were a few time zones away Donnie was incredible and we appreciate all of his amazing help

An excellent experience with our claim

Claim was for windshield Reimbursement was very quick I did have to contact Vault to get the claim in order to have payment processed because that was not provided up front I would suggest that you review your online claims submission because there seems to be a thorough process if you submit to Vault Safelite But if you contact Safelite on your own and submit the claim for reimbursement there is no process on line you simply email and attach the receipt It would make sense to have a form completed online attach receipt and then receive a claim as proof it was received etc I would suggest taking a look at it

Our claim was processed promptly and efficiently The claims agent Matt Hughes could not have been more helpful and understanding He coordinated with the repair company immediately and made the whole experience seamless Thank you Vault

We have had our insurance with Vault

I always heard the horror stories of working with adjusters and coming to terms with a damages claim However to my amazement the people at Vault Insurance particularly Rich Smacchia and Ed Fuentes have made this post-hurricane experience relatively easy From their communication skills to their understanding of what I m going through and then educating me on this process it s been a pleasure They have been more akin to a relief than an obstacle to rebuild my home and life Further since the storm I have made a point to discuss my experiences with Vault Insurance with my family friends and neighbors I m proud to be a Vault client

Comprehensive Claim

We have had our insurance with Vault for just under a year Unfortunately we experienced the loss of three vehicles due to hurricane Ian s landfall in Southwest Florida My experience with the Vault claims process could not have been more seamless efficient helpful and effective From the very first phone call to Vault the immediate towing of our vehicles to receipt of our payment - was all completed in less than one week Truly fantastic service

I reported my loss to Vault and an adjuster was immediately assigned He contacted the repair facility and authorized the work Smooth efficient process without worry or hassle Very satisfied Hope I never have to report another claim but if necessary will do so with confidence that Vault will be fair and prompt

The Service Line endorsement is a joke

The Service Line endorsement was subrogated to another firm that underperformed their responsibility under my insurance They were not responsive provided no verification and simply denied my claim under the presumption that since I couldn t prove otherwise the service line was older than 50-years They had no facts or evidence took no initiative even though it is highly unlikely they were correct Neither they nor Vault responded to our request to reconsider the claim
