Fast response Thorough examination of the house and property Straightforward discussion of what is and isn t covered We had very little damage from a Cat 4 hurricane so the entire process was quick and easy

We had water damage in our home Never having a claim like that we were very concerned but then we were very pleased with the way Vault Property Adjuster Richard Smacchia took care of things He handled our claim very quickly and we were happy with the way he explained the process to us

Within hours of a tree falling on the house Vault arranged for a contractor to patch the roof to avoid additional rain coming into the house For a variety of reasons the original contractor the one that patched the roof at midnight was not selected to repair the damage Vault offered another contractor Paul Davis that took over the project and they performed professionally and timely Vault stood by and supported us throughout the process Vault provided excellent customer service

Vault is top notch My adjuster Derek was honest helpful and went above and beyond to provide a smooth experience Would highly recommend this company to anyone willing to pay a slight premium for a much better experience
