We just renewed our package talked to a lovely lady We upgraded to the 1GB package TV home phone broadband and wow what a deal we got we love our virgin media been with this company over 15 years will stay till my stage 4 cancer kills me it s OK right now so we are good People who always Diss virgin just talk to virgin they can always help And no I don t work for them to the lady me sasha and Julie the very helpful lady she deserves a pay rise

contract expired so phoned customer services and spoke to casey to try and get a new deal on broadband phone etc explained i was old guy and didnt understand too much about internet speeds and found this girl so friendly and helpful i still have a smile on my face writing this review hope you get promoted my girl because you deserve it

Jasmine auto answering machine bot lady

So my contract ended and the price went from 33 to 66 I got in touch with customer service without remembering my security word I struggled with auto answering machine bot lady or whatever she s called But when Jasmine answered all my problems went away everything got sorted quickly and clearly and I got to stay on my old contract adjusted to inflation which isn t bad at all Thank you Jasmine

I have been with virgin media UK for 12 years and have never had a problem i get 500mb consistently over WiFi and ethernet cable with a family of 4 connected all the time It s a pain when renewing like most broadband companies but always manage to get a good renewal price I find it difficult to leave them because for me in newton le Willows they have been faultless and it s not worth the risk in switching

Lisa Hart is a savior to the poor customer service I ve experienced in Virgin Media before She is lovely patient to listen all of my questions both moving house and bill credit willingly to take a step further by providing guidance and advice to my case You should hire more Lisa instead of those people damaging the company reputation by providing disgusting customer service I can say I was nearly to cancel my Virgin Media contract before getting in touch with Lisa My call was even disconnected by one of your advisors before my call with Lisa
