I couldn t be more impressed with a bike as the volt pulse Really smooth running ride smooth gear changing useful things include integrated back wheel lock lights and the throttle override boost is fabulous Marvelous bike Volt well done I would recommend to anyone Thank you

Excellent service from Volt customer care I spoke to the team several times prior to buying my Volt Pulse they provided the answers to all my questions Ordered on a Tuesday and picked my bike up on the following Friday The local dealer allowed me to test ride the bike prior to purchase Rode my Pulse to work for a week and it has been fantastic Would recommend the Pulse to friends and family

The Volt Kensington is my first

The Volt Kensington is my first electric bike and I could not ask for more It is very easy to ride which I have been doing around country lanes daily I charge it up in the garage to avoid removing the battery as frequent removal is not advised but certainly straightforward The tyres are very tough as some of the roads have sharp loose stones and so far no problem The brakes are excellent and the gearing is easy to use Williams cycles of Cheltenham assembled the bike and gave good advice on how to get the best use from it Definitely order the extra security chain as it is a lovely bike

I used to sell Volt bikes when I had my shop The company were wonderful to deal with nothing was too much trouble for them They were the only electric bikes we would sell as they were so reliable and the backup service was excellent Having recently retired I found I needed an electric bike so naturally I went for a Volt The Infinity in particular I was not disappointed it s a superb bike and still the same great build quality I cannot recommend this company highly enough

the company have been really helpful and communication is really easy- they always answer the phone and call back when they say they will I bought using cycle2work scheme so it wasn t straightforward but hey are really knowledgeable The bike is amazing -proper quality workmanship great information easy to understand the manual and I feel like I can pick up the phone and ask anything if I need to

They re the tops Just purchased my 2nd Volt bike and the customer service still brilliant bike sent post-haste to my nearest supplier JuicedUpBikes who arranged a trial ride for me and then offered to deliver bike for free to my home 45 minutes away Above and beyond Plus the bike - a metro LS is beautiful nifty and comfy And I know if there s any problem - which I don t expect - it will be dealt with promptly and courteously I m so glad to have found this company

Very quick delivery from Volt and Kensington bike set up nicely at Bay Bikes Morecambe It s lovely to be cycling again after a gap of 20 years along Morecambe Prom looking out over the picturesque Bay and also after joint replacement Life is good
