Great folding E bike

Bought Wisper 806 folding bike it has the torque motor and the 700 watt battery done 30 miles battery still showing fully charged The bike is well made and very easy to fold I did quite a bit of research before buying as we bought 2 of them the company has good reviews and great customer service also Which rated it best folding E bike that says it all

Customer service is excellent The bike is of great quality even though there was slight damage during transit which was easily resolved I m really looking forward to riding the bike every day knowing if there are any issues they will resolved quickly

Very pleased with the bike apart from 375 Battery issues

Contacted David Whisper but did not receive a response from him Rutland Cycles had no response from Whisper so they chased again and now we have to send the battery back leaves me with a new bike I can t use just 3 weeks old Very disappointed with this experience Updated 11 05 23 All issues have been resolved with the battery and very happy with bike and as such would be very happy to recommend and give 5 star rating Please also note that problems were rectified within 10 days of my first review

Great cycling on Wisper 750

After much deliberation and research my partner and I have just each bought a Wisper 750 We live on the very hilly Isle of Wight and needed the assistance that an e-bike could give us We have already enjoyed almost 100 miles of cycling in just two weeks and have loved every minute The bikes are comfortable and the controls easy to use We opted for the 575 batteries and so have plenty of range and power to assist us up steep hills and long gradients Charging is easy The handbook useful and helped us get off to a great start

Bike good Delivery poor

Delivery wasn t as promised and I had to chase the supplier treice before it eventually arrived The bike itself has been good so far and is fun to ride I ve had it less than a week so not really tested it to its full extent Upgraded to five stars as company have admitted responsibility for the delay and given me a satisfactory explanation I appreciate the response from the managing director

Recently purchased a 806 electric bike

Recently purchased a 806 electric bike an it s fantastic I had a larger pendleton bike and fell off several times as the frame was too big bought it just before the pandemic I was put off cycling until this little red flyer came into my life It was love at first sight an we are getting along famously even after barely 1 week and bearing in mind this is our first holiday together ha ha Whilst at the cornwall show we met Paul Sims Williams an what a great guy an representative for your company he showed me a few features I was a little unsure of and I certainly told others to buy one there an then Sadly I had to leave my flyer behind so it was good to see a relative having pride of place at the show Hope you enjoy the humour in this review kind regards bernie

My bike is so good and has drastically improved my fitness by building up my strength I wouldn t buy another brand I got the Wayfarer model and it is robust and excellent quality I really enjoy getting outside now and feel more healthy Who knew exercise could be so fun 5

I purchased a wisper e-bike during lockdown and it has been great However for some unknown reason the battery simply has died I initially had an altercation with this company however all credit to the CEO He calmly tried to address the problem and generously replaced the battery I m delighted as my bike has been fabulous in every other aspect
