I purchased the 700c version with 14mah battery It has been effortless commuting to work and I love the integrated lights and pannier I am based in Exeter and its nice have Devon England branding on the side Thanks

After months of research I decided that the Ampere Deluxe step-through 26 inch wheel electric bike was for me as reviews were so good I last rode a bike about 30 years ago but have had no problems getting used to riding again I am impressed with the look build and feel of the bike lighter than most and its amazing assist levels make riding up hills so easy So glad I took the plunge

The Ampere Deluxe electric bike is a good value purchase

I have bought the Ampere Deluxe 26 wheel with 16 rim as I am 5 foot 2 inches and need the smaller bike I am really impressed by the quality of the bike and its design I was looking for a centrally placed battery a quiet rear hub brushless motor hydraulic disc brakes and easy to use gears The ampere deluxe has all these To improve I would have wished for the suspension fork similar to the 18 inch but this was the best spec of any 16 inch on the market Well done Ampere

Top Class Service

Had an issue with my e-bike emailed Ampere had response within 30minutes from a phone call from Thomas Still under warranty so told me to take it back to store where I purchased and they would resolve the problem Which they did the part arrived the next day so had my bike back the following day Not sure I ve ever experienced customer service like it before Would highly recommend both for the e-bike and the excellent service We ll done Thomas

A great bike and a joy to ride

Deciding to ride to work I deliberated for some time over whether to buy an electric or normal bike I m so glad I chose the Ampere Tourer It is equiped with everything from lights panier rack kick stand mudguards Hydraulic disc brakes and suspension Best of all I have a lot of hills to cover and the Tourer makes them a joy It great being able to decide the level of electric boost you need when it suits you I have had it a week and already I wouldn t want to go back to a standard bike

The bike is well made and was promptly delivered well packed and protected A certain amount of assembly is required which can be fiddly and the user manual instructions and illustrations are not always accurate for the model purchased The bike rides well with plenty of power and smooth gears
