Overall happy with the service we get

Overall happy with the service we get only issue sometimes is late handover for Mailmark items for my clients but this has been addressed

Always found the service excellent with postal needs staff helpful and amenable when dealing with requests I have used the service for aprox 8 yrs never had any reason to complain

The fast majority of our mail lands within the two day window which allows us to mail offers with a short running time and our account manager is easy to get hold of should any issues arise

Getting Better

We have used Whistl for a number of years as our main DSA bulk mail provider After a number of delivery and collection issues over the years they are now finally providing the service we expect for the volumes we mail Adam has been an excellent account manager too I hope they will continue these service levels going forward
