Just dropped on the doorstep

Just dropped on the doorstep No door bell ring no knocking just dumped it and left Busy tourist high street Luckily neighbour saw it and informed us otherwise I doubt it would have been there for long Really Whistl up your game Complaint gone to seller Again

What is the point of Whistl

Whistl is a delivery management company providing efficient high-quality and competitively priced services At the same time I ordered via Amazon some sink plugs and a sink chain from two different companies The first company used Royal Mail 48 and the sink plugs came two days after order The second company used Whistl where the tracking showed some assorted faffing around before it was handed over to Royal Mail for delivery which took place seven days after order It would seem that Whistl s high-quality and efficient delivery management had no effect for the end customer except to delay delivery for five days Hence the Subject What is the point of Whistl

Information never updated

Could not get a sensible answer to where my shipment was Coming from Lincoln to Cornwall No updates no information no nothing Just a dreadful service I eventually received my parcel after 10 days Must have been on a round Britain jolly

Not updated cargo for 6 days

My cargo has not received an update for 6 days I called you but you told me to reach you via royal mail Why am I reaching out Aren t you the cargo provider Please deliver my cargo to me

Quite worried after reading these reviews

After seeing these reviews I m quite worried that I m not going to get my canvas on free prints of my kids Delivery was estimated for today it hasn t moved from transit in Bedford since 22 08 5 10 2022 I ve called and was told it s been handed over to Royal Mail tracking number doesn t exist in Royal Mail tracking

Kind Neighbour

If it wasn t for the kindness of a neighbour 2 streets away where the parcel was delivered and they were plants who got in his car and brought the parcel round I would never have seen them The address was clear on the parcel so no excuses

Awful Slow Service

I have had Amazon third-party sellers send me items via Whistl Group on three separate occasions now and each time the deliveries have taken so long For example one delivery I am waiting for was despatched on Monday and picked up by Whistl the same day But it wasn t until 10pm the next evening according to their tracker that it arrived at their hub What did they do Collect it on foot Items given to them seem to take at least a week before they pass it onto another carrier for delivery be it Royal Mail or some other courier From now on if I wish to buy something online I ll make sure they re not using Whistl It would be quicker for me to send my cat to collect the package

Incredibly slow delivery

Unfortunately Music Magpie use Whistl and items can spend up to a week in Whistl s system before being handed over to Royal Mail for delivery I ve had items from Music Magpie take two weeks to reach me I think Rarewaves use them too I don t understand why they re so slow and it s put me off using Music Magpie

Worst Courier

Worst Courier cannot reach by any means cannot lodge a complaint do not have any useful information I am waiting for a package that was sent from the UK to Greece since 17 11 2023 and as of today 12 12 23 still not received

Letter delivery okay but they pass parcels to hermes who are shocking
