Whistl are an extremely good supplier to work with and our Account Manager Adam Alexander is an extremely positive influence on the account He is very proactive in managing us as a Customer and I feel we have grown a partnership relationship over to tenure we ve been working together

We have always received a very high level of excellent customer service through Whistl Our dedicated account manager is extremely knowledgeable and always responds to any queries we have in a timely manner I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to other companies looking for delivery of mail within the UK

Incompetent company

Incompetent company Booked and paid for a next day delivery Whistl then organised to collect the package on the supposed day of delivery pushing everything back with no apology or explanation Issues like this impact on people s busy lives and should not happen If you can t fulfil a next day service don t offer one

Ordered from Thompson Morgan - a Christmas gift for my wife Received despatch confirmation advising Whistl was the delivery company Googled reviews and panicked Reviews are not good My parcel arrived today on time and in perfect condition My property is difficult to find so very impressed Maybe I am just lucky but my experience perhaps due to decent local couriers was great Tracking number 9200106148652222 I am always the first to post negative reviews when appropriate but in this case I am pleasantly surprised

Not really a review but on track my delivery this morning it said out for delivery now it says delivery scheduled I can t find any explanation of what that means or why it s changed So frustrating Thank you for replying whistling I didn t know you contracted out deliveries it was eventually delivered by Hermes So I ve altered the rating on you
