Friendly team made it easy

i was nervous about equity release but the lady on the phone put me at ease. She explained the fees clearly and sent a summary by email (she even sent a follow‑up text). The whole thing took about six weeks. Good experience overall.

Support chat never resolves!

Contacted support three times about a missing credit and each chat ended with the same scripted reply. The agent refused to transfer me to a supervisor and told me to screenshot the conversation (the transcript never arrived). Still waiting for a refund after two weeks.

quick turnaround on a date change

Needed the departure pushed back a few days and they sorted it the same afternoon (I emailed pretty late, past 10pm). The agent was polite and clear about what had to happen next. I had to ping them once for a follow up but the new document came through fine. The reference still checked out after the change.

Second time using them, no complaints

Used this company before for my old flat and came back when we bought the house. Same friendly service, no pressure on the visit to choose your flooring and they had samples to hand so I could compare against my furniture. Fitted the living room and stairs in one morning, tidy job and they took all the packaging away with them.
