Late and the wrong type of flowers

I ordered gerberas for my mum and received a very different bouquet with daisies and roses. It also arrived two days late, which was poor timing for her birthday. The support team apologised, but there was nothing they could do once the florist had made it up.

Good service and easy payment!

I’ve used them three times now and each trip felt organized from start to finish (the monthly payment option helped a lot). The lake descriptions match what you actually find on site. Communication is quick and they answer questions without any runaround. Only minor thing was the directions email arrived a day late. Will book again next season.

The team kept me updated throughout the process and the delivery driver was courteus. There was a small delay but they let me know right away.

Great support for my son

Zia did a great job with my son and helped him feel calm around other traffic. Each lesson had a clear plan, and Zia gave him room to make mistakes and correct them. Replies to booking questions could be slow, which was frustrating. Even so, we were pleased with the teaching and my son passed comfortably.
