What an absolute asset Rob Wheeler the Technical Fitter is to your company He was professional knowledgeable and friendly and managed to sort our internet issues We are very happy with the service provided by Alncom and would definitely recommend to friends and family

Reconnection after storm damage

Through Arwen Malik and now Dudley Alncom have been proactive Customer service is excellent telephones answered promptly engineers sent out as quickly as possible As will all services the team has been stretched trying to get all their customers reconnected after storm damage But unlike other services they do not arrive look and go away again without doing anything It is so refreshing to know there is a company who actually care about their customers

Service installed on time and works as promised Team were efficient well majored and approachable Office responsive to calls They even gave us 1 month free turned out to be 6 weeks so as not to overlap with our BT rubbish service 100mg deep in the Northumberland country side Who would have thought it

Successful new install

Myself and my wife are delighted with our new broadband from Alncom I made my initial query a month ago and it was installed yesterday All the while we have been impressed by the courtesy of the office team and the engineers all of whom displayed skill and ingenuity in getting the job done

Fast and reliable installation and service

My broadband contract came to an end with another supplier Continuing with them would have involved a significant rise in cost Alncom are a local provider and following initial contact they installed a fibre link within 48 hours of my initial contact They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it I am happy with my improved broadband link at around half the price of my previous provider

An absolute pleasure dealing with Alncom

An absolute pleasure dealing with this excellent company over the last few years They changed our lives by installing a fast and reliable wireless internet system in our rural village and have supported us every step of the way Their response time is phenomenal and customer service is at another level Shame I am moving home and now have to deal with BT instead of Alncom Thank you all

Excellent service right through from my initial email which was answered within minutes to the installation all of which took place in a matter of days It s early days but the speeds have been good and no connection problems I would highly recommend Alncom based on my experience so far
