EXEMPLARY I am running out of words to describe

I am running out of words to describe Anwyl s technicians Richard and Lee recently visited my property to cure a creaking floor which I am pleased to say they have almost done Their high standard of work can only be described as EXEMPLARY it s just a shame that the same cannot be said for the contractors Anwyl used to complete my house Many problems have now been rectified but I still have a utility worktop that pools water in the corner a toilet wash basin and door which are not level to the main bathroom a shower tray and shower door to an en-suite which again have not been fitted level This is shoddy workmanship which I have to accept because this standard is acceptable to Anwyl Some of the contractors you use could take a leaf out of your technicians book if not all the pages

From start to finish the whole team from Anwyl Homes at Winnington Place have been brilliant From the ladies in the sales office Kelly Marie helped us through the buying process explaining or the legalities to help with choosing fixtures and finishes to our new home to the after sales team who have been excellent With a nothing too much trouble attitude Keith has helped us settle into our new home with friendly helpful advice and support The few minor issues we did have were dealt with promptly with the team going over and beyond to meet our expectations

Anwyl builders in Winnington

Having moved from Northern Ireland on my own I recently purchased my house and can only praise the staff who work there From Marie in the sales office who was really helpful in giving me advice and so pleasant to the site Managers Scott Keith and recent employee Andy These wee bunch of lads went above and beyond their duty always striving to help fix and advise when necessary There were a few snags and one issue with my hob was resolved with the help of Keith and I was really grateful The other minor snags were immediately seen to as well Their good humour and general behaviour were first class and I will always be indebted to them all I have no hesitation in recommending Anwyl Builders to anyone buying a new home Patricia McWilliams

Queens Meadow

We moved in to the Queens Meadow estate Shavington in June 24 Our experience with Anwyl has been exceptional throughout the entire process and we have absolutely made the right choice of developer I have a good friend in the building trade who told me which developers to go with and who to avoid We are so glad he recommended Anwyl as one of the good ones After sales has been above my expectations The few snags we have had have been fixed within a couple of days of reporting them Neil Site Manager and Sam have dealt with them timely and professionally and we cant thank them enough
