Don t answer phone email can t pay with debit card
I have been consistently trying to pay by debit card mine and my mother s and neither are working to purchase the insurance I waited on hold for 28 mins a few days and no one picked up It took almost a week to get someone to reply by mail I cannot purchase this by debit card and I cannot get an answer from anyone who works there

Beyond fed up at this stage 22nd January -Submitted claim for lost delayed luggage15th Feb - asked to fill out another form for personal belongings 10th May - Got email explaining a delay and claim in question to be assessed by claims handler3rd August - Advised via email that they can t open the word document which they sent to me to fill out and that I now need to fill out 3 additional claims forms for delayed luggage missing luggage medical expenses Honestly checking my apartment for hidden cameras at this rate -- really grateful that I was not in a medical emergency how this has been handled from start to finish Please can someone get this sorted ASAP - I am not filling out anymore forms 8 months later

Found it very easy to purchase the insurance but of course when it came to crunch point needing to actually work with them to claim their customer service is non-existent Basically submitted my claim on 28th October 2024 and have yet to receive any tangible details around the timeline for my claim I have even asked for a rough estimates of how long claims in general should take but my questions has has been constantly overlooked ignored I sent them multiple emails and continue to receive the same crappy automated generic response Finally when I did recieve a response on the 19th November they said that the claim hasn t been assigned to a claim handler and is still only in the queue for review as they have a backlog Disgraceful communication from their customer support and terrible waiting times to just get claim assigned for review

Would not recommend this insurance company paid 470 for two year cover When In Asia I contracted dengue fever and pneumonia my total bill for the doctor was 97 and they offer to repay me 20 god forbid something more serious happens and I have to pay cause who knows what I would get back I personally can t see a point in paying all that money for insurance for them to offer to repay me less than 1 4 of my overall medical bills

Hello For some reason when I picked worldwide excluding usa Canada the policy I was given was instead for aus new Zealand I cancelled the policy am still waiting for refund and redid it again and noted this kept happening However before final payment I figured out a different way of selecting so aus new Zealand wasn t automatically picked
