Fireplace fault

Had a slight issue with the fire place that is now out of warranty Rang the service desk on the Monday and received all the help I needed By Wednesday part arrived Fireplace back on and all working as if new Very happy and wife now happy Thank you very much Katie and Bespoke Fireplaces

I recently found my not so old electric fire had stopped working after not using it for several months Faced with the fact of spending several hundred pounds to replace it I contacted Bespoke fires and they suggested although well out of warranty to buy an extended warranty This I did and the fire was replaced quickly with the same model Excellent customer service with real pleasant people Should be congratulated

I bought the wooden wall panels the staff were really friendly and helpful Couldn t recommend them enough and their showroom was amazing

Superb service I reported the fault with Katie had an appointment set up within the week and the two engineers who attended this morning were excellent Very respectful friendly and professional Fault fixed within 20 minutes Absolutely delighted
