Terrible experience problems with the order problems with fitting no one seemed to know what they were doing and blamed each other Made a formal complaint

Faulty Product

I bought a free standing electric fire one of theirs It failed to work within the 12 month warranty It was replaced straight away No problems However the new replacement has given up again within 12 months I have E Mail them twice and have filled out a fault form No response I must assume this is a common fault with this particular electric fire

Wouldn t recommend

In my opinion the staff are extremely rude and hugely lack empathy and any sort of customer service skills Once they have your money they simply do not care about you

Perfect fire place looks stunning My only gripe is regarding the warranty nothing came with mine so I emailed and am yet to receive my warranty This fire was purchased a year ago so as you can imagine I have been chasing this for this amount of time

Not the smoothest of experiences

Not the smoothest of experiences 1st fire pano 2000 came damaged Replacement fire delivered few weeks later was faulty 3rd fire seems very noisy in flame only mode when I was told it s silent Didn t have any more time to waste so I installed the fire and someone came to repair but have been told by them now that all the fires have noise from the flame motor and nothing they can do guess I ll just keep that off Customer service is good and replacements were provided without fuss but for an expensive modern fire you wouldn t expect to hear it over the tv I now have a newish repaired fire so you could call it second hand Fire looks great installed installed in my media wall Noise is the only down side so wouldn t buy again

Fireplace factory perfect courier terrible

Dealing with Fireplace factory was easy and they were very helpful We were however very disappointed with the delivery service Told it would arrive Tuesday No contact whatsoever from the courier After several phone calls we were told Wednesday Driver arrived on his own Couldn t get the fire off his truck in the protective crate I was asked to help dismantle the crate and get it off the truck Fire then left in our driveway along with all the wood packaging Extremely disappointing service from the courier

Statement piece

The fire is amazing and such a statement piece in the room All our visitors have loved it The only slight improvement I would have liked would have been better instructions for placing all the pieces inside the fire Maybe some colour photos of different options as I found it quite hard to zoom in on the big room photos on Instagram
