Super efficient and friendly Southampton Branch

Amelia Haines has been absolutely fantastic in the Southampton branch She is very friendly and helpful and has been super efficient in handling my new rental agreement from the get go She s a real asset to your team thank you very much

Good for both renting and buying a flat

We have both rented and bought a flat through Charters Southampton and Winchester branches respectively Both processes were handled efficiently and with very friendly communication I would happily recommend them especially Jo Goddard in Winchester for both buyers and renters

Jo Goddard at Charters was so efficient at helping me purchase my amazing new home She was helpful and available to answer any questions I had Although the sale of my property took a little longer than planned she kept my purchase moving forward and ensured that everything went smoothly I can not recommend her highly enough

A really proactive and professional estate agent with good local knowledge

We have recently sold our house with Charters Bishops Waltham branch and the service from start to finish was excellent Andy the Branch Manager carried out the valuation and spent a good deal of time with us and had really good local knowledge and that of the market We were in no rush as we had a few things to sort out before going live which they understood The brochure and photos were amazing and we had editing rights on both the brochure and photo selection although we changed very little We made it clear from the beginning that we did not want time wasters and only serious buyers Our house was in the higher end of the market so we were not expecting a huge amount of interest but we were wrong Charters had a number of clients who were all in a position to proceed lined up Viewings were undertaken by Lewis and Nathan and we made ourselves scarce whilst these happened We were really impressed with how the guys absorbed all of the information on the house and the area and were able to relay this to clients in a confident and positive way We received a number of offers just shy of the asking price and Andy was able to get us a price that was acceptable and in a chain that was relatively short Having accepted the offer the process was handed over to Stephen and Jo in the Chandlers Ford office to progress the sale They were excellent in keeping us updated applying appropriate pressure when needed and co-ordinating the chain Whilst we experienced some hiccups along the way which was outside of Charters control they kept everyone on track to a successful conclusion If you are looking for a proactive but not pushy estate agent then Charters are the ones to go with

I have been very happy to with the process carried out by Charters Estate Agents in Winchester in selling my apartment in a tricky market They demonstrated diligence in finding potential buyers and kept me informed with matters throughout The staff were always polite and helpful and the process for dealing with the offer and other matters leading to Exchange of contracts was smooth Very happy with service provided

Quality rental service

Our old property management company Southern Property got taken over by Charters and we are so pleased with their professionalism Jacqui and Kirstie moved from Southern Property to Charters are so helpful and have always been available for any rental query Kirstie is currently arranging our move into a new house and has gone above and beyond looking after us Highly recommended

Had a recent viewing for a property with Lilly Mott Excellent ambassador for the Company Park Gate which proved to be just what was required Provided details the landlord accepted the offer of tenancy within 24 Hrs with a swift response by Charters All relevant documentation links passed that everning for completion of all goes well should be in by the 20th just two weeks post viewing 1st class Don Acton MBE
