I signed up for cushion to hopefully get some of my money back they were really helpful got me 72 bucks back but I never received the money they said they put it in my bank account and that I had to pay them a fee of 28 bucks so they could get me some some more money but the bank account I was with at the time took the money because they said my account was negative I never received the funds But overall they were really nice

The previous algorithm was so much better than the new The new algorithm only negotiates with companies that are cooperative or highly cooperative If it s not labeled they ignore it and will not negotiate with those companies It s not effective The previous algorithm refunded 238 in fees This new algorithm 0

I still don t know what to think of
I still don t know what to think of this company I signed up because I had a few fees from my CUofCO bank account that they wouldn t return Months went by with Cushion claiming to be scanning my account for fees The AI apparently never found a single fee they could negotiate for I decided to give it another shot I bought the Fee Genius Fee Negotiator in June for fees in a second bank account I use The AI once again did not pick up on a fee staring it in the face I had the option of manually entering the one of the fees so I took that opportunity The AI conveniently found the fee after my manual input There s a little yellow dot near the fee information and it has not changed and no new information has been offered about it Seems like a waste of 4 99 at this point One last comment I forgot to add that every time I logged on always received an notification saying I needed to reconnect my account

Change isn t always good
Got my money back and then some with the original program Now they charge a percentage of what they get 39 and in doing so create more fees with said fees hitting unexpectedly Prefer the original Have since unsubscribed If they bring back the OG way I may resubscribe

It s a pretty decent service I m not sure if it s necessary for me but I m sure it s good for someone My biggest dislike is my refund going back to them send them choosing to use it on bills or payments They say I can cash it out but then they are using it on stuff and it s not clear what

Excellent service to have
Excellent service to have Cushion has gotten me several interest charges and even a couple of late fees refunded from various different credit cards Sadly my bank isn t as cooperative

This is a lifesaving service especially while money is so tight The only thing I would like to see improved is more status updates on new fees to be processed and potential refund considerations Thank you

It works like a charm
It works No effort on users end Just check in from time to time to make sure accounts are connected Only small gripe is not getting rewars points hello but other than that I ve never seen a problem

Works but not super quick
saved enough to cover the cost and it also counted the refunds I was able to call my bank to resolve but it has been helpful on some of the institutions that are a little more flexible Also can take a while to see the benefits

The only reason I didn t leave 5 stars is because the app didn t negotiate lower time needed to leave a review Now being serious my only regret has been that I chickened out and didn t purchase the unlimited negotiations a month and not the middle pay rate You can upgrade at anytime but that s all I can think of when it comes to regretting anything associated with the app Great app that has paid for itself repeatedly One of the best value purchases I ve ever made on a iPhone Now just get the AI to negotiate getting less spam Robo calls and my Italian wife to not lose her hi7 when I say relax or take it easy when she gets fired up Thank you
