Kind of confused I ve been with cushion for over 5 months and no refund

Yes I received a refund but wat they don t tell you is they ll take their money when you least expect it 2 5 would definitely not recommend

I paid 48 for a year of this service In that time they did manage to get me 2 refunds totalling 77 A whole year and I only got 29 back The service worked well at first I would get notifications stating they were negotiating and then it started to slow Every person on here saying they got hundred of dollars in fees refunded is probably exaggerating That is NOT the experience I had If you ask me the service is NOT worth it The customer service isn t great because they ve built an artificial intelligence platform You are almost never speaking with a real person Do yourself a favor save your 50-100 and just do the negotiating yourself because you can That s one thing they will not tell you the service they provide is nothing special You can call and make the requests yourself to your bank and credit card institutions Save your money and just pay your credit cards on time

What a joke This Site contacts me weekly with offers I was looking for a personal loan and all I get are offers for credit cards car loans and a suggestion to sign up with Lexington Law If you know about the latter Lexington Law is embroiled in a legal scandel And Cushions recommend Put the websites in Scam Advisor none score above 60 And are indicated to be cautious

I have been trying to get a refund back from my bank fees now for quite some time and they will not help me reconnect my bank account so therefore in my opinion they re keeping money that does not belong to them my suggestion is do not link your bank account to these people because you will not get money back it is a way for them to get your info THEY WILL NOT REMOVE MY BANK INFO AND ARE STILL TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT A YR LATER IM CALLING A LAWYER TOMORROW

Im not sure if this works Yes i got fees refunded but i also disputed a ton of charges lol so idk

Takes a little while to finish Keeps logging out but hey I got my refund for my insufficient funds so that s cool

Did get back 214 but it s been like 6 months and for 100 for the year I expected more hopefully I ll see the other 1800 soon
