Cushion helped me get back a few

Cushion helped me get back a few hundred a past fees and is STILL negotiating more as we speak it doesnt just stop once or twice its a continuous process mistakes happen and they watch your back i appreciate that well worth it

I ve definitely gotten money back and it seems to be worth it in the end Particularly with Wells Fargo who has shady practices Took a star because I wish they had an app and didn t disconnect from my bank all the time Overall do it it s worth it

Great app and amazing service but keep in mind it s not instant

It s easy to sign up and amazing to suddenly see these high bank fees refunded back to you We re not just talking 30 or 40 but legit a couple hundred dollars because of ridiculously high bank fees Take the time to sign up and have Cushion do the negotiating It s that easy

Cushion experience was really good for

Cushion experience was really good for a few month until the bank started noticing they been paying back my fees but I glad it help me when I need it money the most hopefully they can get some fees back for in the future never knew there was apps like this to help with financial need

I believe they have helped get

So far I believe they have helped get back 200 in fees some they take credit for were bank initiated refunds approx 100 Would be nice to see what is sent to bank in our behalf written docs Only issue is it takes longer than expected and we should be able to add more info as to what our situations are to send to bank

Cushion is awesome

For people who overdraft their account often cushion is a wonderful app and I m one of those people LOL the only thing that sometimes irritates me is they re a little slower than I would like but of course on getting money anything that s not instant it s slow am I wrong I would definitely recommend that people like myself who overdraft often definitely should sign up for cushion it s definitely well worth the money thank you cushion you ve got me 760 back

Cushion is a good ai that tracts fees

Cushion is a good ai that tracts fees and refunds made from your bank It helps negotiate with banks to see if it s possible for them to refund any overdraft fees While it s nice to know it tracts my fees I feel it hasn t truly helped me get my refunds and it only tells me I got my refunds after I already talked to the bank myself I think there needs to be better communication with the ai and the bank and letting me know that they have talked to someone about lifting my fees

For the most part I m pleased

I ve received 225 in 8 months 1 2 which has covered the cost of their service I didn t give it 5 stars because a big chunk of money being negotiated stopped right before the 60 day mark and a different negotiation with another account started I was really hoping for that big chunk of due toy bank already refunding 200

Worth at least one more year

I ve been overall pretty happy with Cushion When they negotiate for fees they usually get a good portion or all of what they go after back for me I wish the customer service was a little more on the ball and I wish that my bank wasn t constantly disconnecting but I guess that s my choice of bank rather than Cushion Overall I m happy enough to be re-subscribing for a second year

Cushion really works once or twice

Cushion really does work for about one negotiation per bank maybe two this is just in my own experience I ve had the same negotiation being reviewed for many months now so after once or twice it doesn t yet prove to work That being said they have gotten me back 1100 in fees Direct deposited right back into my bank account over a years time so yes it does in fact work like it says it does
