Its a true expirience of being in Switzerland so good i have been buying stuff from digitech from so long never disappointed either its shipping returing normal call to customer care or going to one of its centers

Digitec is my go to for most online shopping certainly anything of an electronic nature It s a great website to use and the purchase process is fast and easy Delivery is normally free super fast and you are given tracking information Whilst it s often the cheapest when it s not the cheapest it s always competitive and as the rest of the service is so good I often just buy there for convenience eg service over cost The returns process it s pretty good too I ve had to return goods a few times where they have become faulty and normally this is dealt with quickly and credit note issued You can also request a money refund but generally I don t take this One area that one should be aware of is Digitec acting as a market for other sellers Eg when it s not fulfilled by Digitec These tend to have longer delivery times Whilst these are pointed out on the product page and during the checkout process one forgets due to then next day reliability of Digitec in general I have also not had to do a return on these purchases so I cannot comment on whether these are equally straightforward I hope so One other thing the points system is pointless As far as I can see it offers no real benefit as you climb the levels

Very happy that they didn t just leave it at the door where someone could take it but rang at the door and really made sure someone accepted it at the door
