Device broken but needed No replacement no money
As i moved to a new city I ordered a monitor to connect to my laptop Unfortunately the monitor was broken So i sent it back I did not receive any replacement device what is pretty bad as I basically cannot work without a monitor Contacting costumer support only gave me the answer to wait longer A replacement device - as promised - was not delivered So I had to buy another monitor - from a different company - as I need it for work purpose And when I get back the - hopefully working - monitor - someday in the future - from digitec I dont need it anymore but I was told its not possible to get the money back Great
