Overall positive experience here but sometimes email communication and orders delivery is slow

I have ordered thousands of dollars of items in total from Digitec over several years I have never had one bad experience with them They clearly indicate expected delivery dates or if an item is in stock or out of stock They clearly communicate when deliveries are sent and the deliveries when the item is in stock are literally the next business day In some cases I made my own mistake and opened a product and then needed to return it I was allowed to return it with only a small deduction 10 for having opened the package I thought actually this was quite fair And when I say package I refer to the product packaging not the postal package Their prices are competitive and they generally don t charge postage only on items you send back and even those you can choose to deliver into a local store rather than post All up I totally recommend them Trustworthy prompt and very helpful on the phone or on the digital chat help also very helpful and provide a good all round service and quality products

Courier just left the Box outside and even did not ring the bell I was in home whole day delivery was fast and everything went ok but I dont like when couriers dont ringing the bell even when somebody is in home and after box with order could get wet because of rain

Its one of the best online stores I have ever used however sometimes you might receive your packages a few days later than what is expected
