Ordered an iphone SE that was supposed to be delivered within 2days on 4th of Sep it is still not here 14 days later On the post tracking it is showing as failed and stuck somewhere in the Post facilities Despite raising that issue early on from the 8th Digitec refuses to send me another device or to reimburse me until they get some feedback and resolution from the Post Clearly taking me hostage in their dealing with the Post when I had an urgent need for this device I have now been told by friends this is a known issue with Digitec and I should forget ever receiving a device or reimbursement This is unacceptable and the last time I ever order something from them

I tried to buy a used tested expensive item just to learn that if I return it because it s not in the condition Digitec described it they keep 10 of the price Never seen anything like that For expensive products this is a scam I would understand it if the product was new and even that would be illegal in most European countries where you usually have 14 days to return a product you bought online without penalization but not for used products Of course I am not buying anything used without seeing it and then having to pay 10 to return it

I ordered a laptop off of Digitech Asus rog flow X13 wich was used Stupidly I did not read the full return policy wich requires you to pay a 10 fee of your order if the packaging has been slightly opened How are we supposed to even try our products without risking a loss of money I walked away with -150 CHF and a bad experience Wont be purchasing from Digitech again

The product packaging comes with a damaged seal meaning the packaging has been opened

Ordered an apple watch for my son s Christmas Box that came had been opened and was in a real mess Id suspect it was a customer return or second hand Tried to return online and was promised pick up next day Turned out it was to my home address and for more money Returned all of it and bought new from apple store in town Which was actually cheaper To cap it all theyve just delivered another one despite it being returned and the order cancelled A christmas present in the middle of January is no use to anyone The saga continues now with the original vendor complaining that the return from digitec was empty and digitec saying its my fault despite digitec doing the return

I ordered a Rowenta hoover the price was good but when I received the item it didn t come with its own box nor instructions It also had scratches and dust as it had been used When I made the purchase the website didn t said it was a used or refurbished item

I ordered the G7 X mark 2It costed 789 - I went to check my order i made weeks ago and found out today that it got cancelled and that the price got more expensive to be exact 1360 - this is the absolute worst and disgraceful customer service i ever experienced

Absolute Disaster Digitec is a Joke I ordered a drone and instead received a pile of useless junk The mistake was clearly Digitec s fault yet instead of taking responsibility they fed me ridiculous excuses and offered zero support Their so-called customer service is a joke pure disinterest and incompetence at the highest level I have never experienced anything like this I will upload photos of this absurd delivery so everyone can see the unbelievable mess Digitec has caused If you shop here it s your own fault

This is a complete joke I ordered an item last minute 8PM howrver it said delivery tomorrow I even read the delivery policy and it says if I order before 9PM I get it next day in the morning I ordered and when the confirmation mail arrived it said after tomorrow Next morning I contacted customer service who said will contact the warehouse I contacted them again noon same answer nothing happened let s hope for the best I told them I have to leave the country but anyway the item arrived after tomorrow after 12 thrown in to the mailbox Since I had to leave I even don t know what I received Useless company and looks like I m not the only one

On 09 06 2020 I bought a Samsung TV in Digitec website Digitec offers the possibility to sell products bought from them through Digitec ch website Before buying the product I have called Digitec to ask if I could have seen the TV and they said that this was not easy but they would have protected me in case of something not working So I paid the TV to Digitec and contacted the seller to arrange a date for him to bring the TV to me On Wednesday June 17th 2020 the seller brought the television to my apartment without original packaging and by car not very carefully transported When we turned on the TV a whole vertical pixel line didn t work and I told the seller that I didn t want the TV because it didn t match what was advertised on the Digitec website TV functioning as new The seller brought back his television and told me that he would have gone back to Digitec to repair it The same day I called the Digitec Service Call Center to inform the company of the broken TV and to ask for instructions on how to get my money back as confirmed in previous calls to understand the process I was told to wait until someone from Digitec tells me what to do The next day Thursday the 18th I called the service center again to ask for an update and nothing was processed On Friday the 19th I received a notification about a package sent to me by Digitec So I called the service center again to ask for clarification and the employee didn t know which package was being sent to me On Monday 22 I received a huge package with the broken TV from the seller inside and you can imagine my reaction considering that it is broken The package is still unpacked and lying on the floor waiting for someone to take it back To date even if I called basically every day the responsible department was not able to call me back to explain what is going on but as soon as the seller went to the store they needed 2 days to package the TV in a new box and send it to me They can be very efficient when needed Very bad experience and I strongly suggest you not to buy any second hand product from Digitec there are much better websites for this type of business Reply to Digitec comment Yes it is true Finally the TV has been picked up at my apartment and the money entirely refunded I have added at least one star to my evaluation However during this month I have lost a lot of promotions in digitec but also from other companies so with the same budget of a month ago I am not able to buy a new tv as I could have been without this issue So my advice is still not to buy second hand products in digitec
