CAR PHONE CHARGER Recieved my I phone car charger but I have an iPhone pro 12 This charger is not suitable for this size phone as too small Trying to send back but keeping going around in circles Keeps requesting a replacement which I don t want Have bought other products through Ecomerzpro have been very happy with their service Please help me return this product Regards

Excellent Doorbell

I ordered the smart doorbell then worried after reading the reviews I needn t have It arrived safely 10 days later I already have a robot vacuum on the Tuya app so had some knowledge of how to connect to it Connected the video doorbell and tested it out The video quality is really good I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bell Happy my experience was a good one Thank you

A very positive experience

I have to say that I have no complaints about the service received from this company The heaters that I received unfortunately did not perform as expected and I requested a return refund I had to wait a bit for a reply to my first email and was initially a little concerned but correspondence after that was timeous and I have had the full cost returned to my bank account Thank you to all concerned

I order a heated body warmer from ecomerzpro in 3xl it would not fit a action man doll it was that small have tryed to return item be can not find a q r code or address do not trust this site can you help

Feel totally scammed

Feel totally scammed Order number TRD-GBO1202305000101 still not arrived ordered in May and now August 55 down the drain Considering small claims court to reimburse and for damages Don t touch this lot with a barge pole Going to check register of companies They are very elusive See my previous Trustpilot review Responded to request via Trustpilot to provide order number etc Dutifully did so Nothing Time Trustpilot got a few teeth Ecomerzpro don t deserve even one star They have effectively stolen from me They are inaccessible and unaccountable Their customer care team is more like a customer ignore abuse team

Very unsatisfied customer

Ordered the heated gilet goes by the name HeatOn when purchasing and similar to other reviews it was very small when my nephew opened it on Christmas Day I contacted the company and they won t let me exchange it for a larger size I explained I didn t want a refund just an exchange and given the Christmas period that surely they would extend their returns allowance They keep repeating themselves and say it s out with the allocated time for returns etc I ve asked them four times now as to how I leave a review on their website but they are ignoring this request I don t believe the reviews on their site to be authentic unfortunately The product itself is good but the sizing is off and the customer service is terrible

Sizing is wrong

Ordered a heated gilet from them received it on 4th December and gave to my son for Xmas Lo and behold it s too small ordered a medium and the pit to pit size is 38 this is not a medium I have asked to exchange to a Large and they just respond that it s out of return time Absolute joke of a company and would not recommend them at all

JUNK PRODUCTS

I ordered a neck massage for my girlfriend s Christmas what arrived was a piece of junk They won t refund it as their policy is only 14 days But if it s a present that s hardly an acceptable return time Do not order from these clowns their products are garbage their Customer Service is a joke their returns policy is non-existent Shambles
