Very disappointed customer

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service from this company I received the HeatOn gilet for Christmas and it was far smaller than any other Large I have ever worn I therefore tried to return the item but as this was after the 14 day period they would not accept it The gift was ordered 2 weeks before I was able to receive it and therefore had no idea it would be too small which the person really didn t seem to understand and kept repeating 14 days Most companies will extend returns over this Christmas period for this exact reason but the customer service agent was not helpful in the slightest DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Rubbish product customer service and company

As other reviewers have mentioned the size chart for the heated gilets is completely wrong I bought 2 and contacted them they agreed to send only 1 replacement which doesn t work and now they won t replace or refund it Do not buy from these people the product is rubbish and they refuse your legal rights

Avoid slow delivery evasive contact

I can t review the product since it hasn t been delivered I d like to cancel but they only allow cancellation within 12 hours of the order yet notify delayed delivery more than 24 hours later There s no escape Where are the units coming from Don t be beguiled by the Union Jack flags which imply either local supply and or assembly As you d expect no easy contact facilities only formulated contact and ever so predictably no reply emails The scathing reviews here show my bad experience is not unique or even rare Buy from another company dealing with this outfit is simply too much hassle So they can t pretend I m not a customer the number is Order TRD-GB01202402001623

I made a purchase last night of a dehumidifier as found an advert online I ve since changed my mind and in spite of it barely being 12 hours I ve not been able to receive a refund I ve gone in a chat line with this company and they ve given me two fake numbers to contact in order to process a refund and I m very concerned I ve been scammed and would like a response regarding this urgently I am reading these reviews and wish I had read them before making a purchase This is very poor customer service and I would like to hear from them urgently and advise people not to advise their products even though they advertise them very well I would really appreciate a response from Ecomerzpro asap and a refund provided

Beware seems like a scam

Bought something from this company and wish I hadn t gone near them I d like to cancel but they only allow cancellation within 12 hours of the order There is no information on where this product is coming from and I have been sent a tracking link which doesn t provide any information at all No easy contact facilities and so far I havent received any replies I would recommend to steer clear of this company I have serious doubts about whether the birthday gift I bought for my partner from here will ever arrive It looks like I may have been scammed like others
