Product poor - Customer Service good

Ordered a Qinux 4K drone Arrived in 18 days The enclosed instructions were difficult to understand and the illustrations of both the drone and the controller did not match what had been sent It was difficult to discover if the battery was charged and soon appeared to fail completely Although not stated on the website or in any instructions the drone needs a 5G phone or tablet to operate and take photos and videos My phone was 4G and so I could not operate the camera I contacted Customer Support and generally received accpetable service When I stated that I wished to return the drone and receive a full refund I was told I did not have to return the drone and a full refund was paid into my bank the same day It is a pity that the drone did not match the Customer Service

You have responded asking me to respond to a private message WHAT PRIVATE MESSAGE I have also raised a complaint on ECOMERZPRO web-site and not received a response from there either FYI search TRD - GB01202210000935 - 2022-10-28Updated 23 11 2022I bought 2 Qinux Drone 4k and as a previous reviewer wrote the instructions were non-existant The hand control was different from the instructions I have tried to find a number email for customer support but have failed The invoice shows a telephone number in Madrid Spain I want to return them as they are not fit for the purpose I was seeking How do I talk to Ecomerzpro about this

I got sucked in by a Best Review that

I got sucked in by a Best Review that turned out to be an advert for a Chinese company selling BEATFY 360 Bluetooth speaker Too late I paid my money and then looked at the reviews The speaker did arrive so not 1 star but the sound quality is awful and easily beaten by similar priced speakers My mistake and an expensive one but at least I hope I can save someone else from making the same mistake

Plastic Face Shield

On-line tracking system didn t work which made me wonder if I got scammed but I did hear back from the seller and the package did arrive Took 1 month from Spain The plastic face shield isn t the best though It s open at the bottom and doesn t fit snug so doesn t offer good protection

I just want to know how to switch to English or French or German

I just want to know how to switch from Polish to English on the eWatch The phone feature worked well It seems like it could be a good watch for the money but I keep receiving a manual from them in Spanish regardless of how I state that I need an English instruction manual I speak German and French also I can t get those instructions either

Not as bad as most reviews I bought two e-watches The one I use seems to work okay but how accurate the info is sleep and heart monitors I m not sure Is it worth the 55 00 each - probably not could have got it cheaper I suppose Overall seems okay The other one was for a friend and there were differences in the recorded details such as the pedometer but hey-ho you get what you pay for

Bought vita watch arrived late but I did get it Communication from Ecomerzpro is limited but does occur Watch did connect to wifi but Funpro app couldn t locate it next to it Watch looks good but dial not bright enough in day light you can hardly see the time No opinion on apps on watch as couldn t use it Returned watch got money back without any problem

The lumen watch I received was not of

The lumen watch I received was not of very good quality as far as I can tell feels very plastic and I was rather disappointed It cost almost twice as much as my partner s watch and it is no where near as good However it does work but the digital displays are very basic and lacking anything exciting it is a watch and step counter at most Disappointing experience in sorry to say have learned my lesson

Sadly my watch was stolen en-route

I bought a eWatch from the company It took nearly 3 months to arrive and then when it did it was only an empty box in an previously opened brown envelope for which I had to pay R56 from the They asked me to send them a picture of the empty box so that they can investigate My reference No TRD-ZA01202004000202 The company did however refund me in full for which I am grateful Many thanks
