Spoke to a person - and since no way to stop harassing calls

Spoke once to a person he wanted details i was not prepared to share He started to pester me I told him i was ending the call He still tried I said was going to be rude and hang up - and did so Ever since then there have been repeated calls - answered - blank Twice done - blank I now ignore and immediately block the number I have tried a Message to request they stop Still continue with different numbers Yesterday 30 calls in as many minutes Obviously keeping my number on a computer Email comes is undeliverable Complete scam - and bordering on Harassment

This company tells fibs Firstly they say they have not received my emails and now they say they received them and are waiting for my reply This is nonsense I repeat do not use this company

Do not order from this Company The product I bought to help with pins and needles in my feet has been no use to me Firstly the sticky patches came off and then it stopped working completely I have emailed twice but have received no reply Do not waste your money on anything they sell This is a scam preying on people s illnesses

Doesn t work no customer service Waste of money

I spent 49 on a foot massager as a present for my mums 75th birthday to help with her discomfort We charged it up but it would not work the lights come on then go off after about 10seconds We tried all sorts the instructions are writing in appalling english which didn t help I wrote to Ecomerz twice and am still awaiting a reply on how to return the product for refund Annoyingly I will have to go via credit card dispute Awful customer experience I would recommend avoiding this company s products

Dash Cam arrived today Very poor quality No TF SIM CARD included Instructions are difficult to read due to the tiny print All very dissapointing

Updated status - a refund did actually appear in my father-in-law s account last week which we are thankful for Watch is still MIA Original post - My father-in-law never buys anything online as he is worried about being scammed Ecomerzpro has proved they are not to be trusted He placed an order on 2nd April and the tracking details says it was delivered on 12 June However the watch has never been received and despite several emails to them they have not sent through proof of delivery Really terrible that they have taken advantage of a pensioner

I waited and got my watch now al together i have bought 5 watch s i got number 5 today and it will not charge

I waited and got my watch but the time would not set in the meanwhile i ordered another 2 watches and when i got them there was no wire cable for charging either of the watches i now wear 2 watches one for health and one to tell me the time and that is why i give a low rating

The heaters I purchased were advertised as having a built in thermostat They do not The digital temp Display is just a gimmick When I emailed several times to inquire about a refund I don t think the email actually ever went to anyone I would never purchase from this company

Watt pro-saver-cancelling order

Went to buy the Watt pro-saver as it seen on Sky I then decided to cancel the order through the invoice and lo and behold the link doesn t recognise the invoice number Either the link does not work or it s a scam Hope they read this Money refunded a few days later

None of the functions work

Checked out the Vita watch and loved what I saw spend 70 or 80 euro Knew that it would take a long time for it to arrive as it comes from China so 6 weeks later it arrived Excited to use it I then set it up and linked to phone None of the functions seem to work The date and time does Even when walking the distances per KM is not accurate and the steps will count and then goes back to zero Disappointing to have purchased just a time only watch
