Trainer with no practical experience

Unfortunately the trainer did not provide much additional information and had no practical experience and was not up to date The training room had too many seats none of which were height-adjustable The exam went smoothly and competently The hotel was great

things that could improve

I think the 6 hour training sessions were too intense and we got taught too many different things at once we should have focused on one topic until finished e g python and then onto the next e g JavaScript Also constantly being online is demotivating and the class is too big compared to amount of teachers

The course approach and training

The course approach and training facility were good however I give it a 2 rating for the following - the hotel connected to the training facility was well below expectations for a course that cost over Euro1k per day - all course materials were online which made it difficult to take notes - the organisation leading up to the course was last minute so cost of travel was significantly higher and there was very little time for prior preparation - it was a brand new course syllabus but this was not explained by the sales person for firebrand fortunately participants were experienced otherwise the training itself may not have been enough to pass the exam On the positive side the trainer was highly experienced and knowledgeable so that was the major strength of the course otherwise I would not consider another training with firebrand

Not up to the usual standard

The Organisation of the cource was not as erwartet - The voucher for online the exam has been issued for UK only not for Germany - there were very littel time to prepare really for exam - during the training there were not a lot of real example of exam question or similar Only very simple example which does not bring to the passing of examBut the trainer was very good Thanx for that KRSergey

More practical examples

Not as helpful as I thought it would be Having travelled down from Scotland for the classroom based learning previously done online and found it not too helpful I was disappointed that the instructor did not fully engage with us until almost end of day 2 and when it came to the test there were a lot of areas which were not covered at all by the instructor This was an expensive course and exam which took me away from my work but I don t feel this time I got anywhere near value for money and as a result I did not pass extremely disappointed in both the instructor and the content of the training which I feel should have been more up to date with what ISACA were asking in the exam i e technical questions

CCSP in class

Overall experience was good however i would have appreciated more hands on experience with practical examples and detailed information as opposed to references to the e--book every time a question was asked
