Highly recommended I would like to share my story over here for my reviewsFast shipping - For me its really very very fast its just took 2-3 days shipping from Japan to Malaysia Safe and Reliable - Its a story I would like to share I got a parcel that ship from japan thats has been wet torn and damaged due to the fault done by fedex and i got loss and destroy on all the items But I had filed a claim to fedex and from Japan Its took around 2-3 weeks and I got a my loss back I would like to thanks Mr Austin for your prompt service Thanks so much and its make me more safe using from japan rather than the Zxx Market

This was my first big order from them

This was my first big order from them and I am blown away by how well protected my package was The items were shrink-wrapped and kept in place on top with bubble wrap to cushion them kept it safe from customs The packages were very well protected and I would order from here again

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer ServiceI have used other platforms to buy things from Japan and I was curious to try FROMJAPAN and I can safely say that I will be buying through them again Their customer service was brilliant and they work really fast It seems that my seller in Japan forgot to include a lens cap that was listed along with my camera they helped me solve very quickly and with a friendly professional attitude They have an interesting packaging technique using shrink plastic on top of a cardboard carrier that way the item remains in the middle of the box safely One thing that could be an issue is if the item you buy is heat sensitive or plastic that could be a problem but for my item it was fine plus it was covered in bubble wrap in addition to the shrink wrap Overall excellent experience I will be doing this again soon

Honestly if you want to buy something from Japan look no further If you need to use this place to get an item then for sure you kmow its going to cost a little bit more to get to the UK All fees are explained if you take the time to ask and every transaction has gone smoothly so far
