I have been a customer of FromJapan for 8 years now and they have lived up to expectations I have gotten everything I wanted through them except for items that has reached its order limits with them Their fees are very transparent and straightforward easy for beginners to understand They also often give out coupons and have cashback campaigns Their speed in work is also commendable items submitted for shipping will usually be shipped out on the same day or following day and same for the speed of response from their customer service The only downside is that they cannot order items from Mercari which is very unfortunate

Very satisfied with their services The items were very well packed I also liked that after charge 2 you re not asked to pay anything else contrary to some other proxies which ask for packaging fees They are even willing to negotiate with Mercari sellers for a lower price and although you can ask the seller if he s willing to lower the price by 10 only depending on the original price that can help you make a big saving The fees are also pretty good at 300 yen per item plus they give coupons regularly and have campaigns in which you can earn FJ points Their customer service is also pretty fast at most I ve had to wait a few hours for an answer The only thing I can think of that could be improved is making it so if your storage days run out you can pay a fee to add a few more

I m very thankful to From Japan for allowing me to get some shirts I would otherwise never be able to get no hidden fees it s all clear and the shopping experience was easy Items were package appropriately and the cost was correct Will use them again
