Mark was very professional and got the job done very quickly I thought that it would have taken him all day before full install but it went impressively quick He was patient when showing me how to connect and to best secure my details Thank you G Network for getting me started and connected Regards Diaz Richards-Riant 113B Coningham Road

Good customer services but slow implementation

Tony in customer services is great nudging other teams along and providing honest and realistic updates on progress The process to get our leasehold block connected has been slow though

Excellent Resolution After Installation Error

I had an installation issue where a staff member mistakenly drilled a hole in my wall and attempted to patch it with silicone pretending nothing was wrong I raised the issue with G Network and they addressed it promptly They sent Victor Serac and German Schmidt to resolve the problem They professionally relocated the WiFi box and patched the hole flawlessly keeping me informed throughout the entire process I really appreciate their professionalism and clear communication They would have easily earned a five-star review had they been the ones to handle the installation from the start

Milan and Stefan were good

Milan and Stefan were good Had a neighbour dispute which slowed them down for the day but they got it done in the end The actual activation itself took longer than expected as he was stuck in a phone customer support queue which seemed rather inefficient so that could be better on G Net s part Speed reached is as advertised though so good service overall

Oliver and Team 3 were fantastic with the work they did installing the g network socket and setting up the router Unfortunately they had to attend twice as on their first attendance the feed from the street to my building had not been set up in advance This was disappointing as it required me to take another day off work 2 weeks later in order for the router to be set up

Gnetwork Installation service

I recently had Jason from Team 9 over for my installation and although there were a few hiccups along the way the entire process was managed professionally Jason was kind and patient throughout making the experience a positive one I really appreciate the Gnetwork team for their hard work in finally getting me connected Great job overall

Review of Fabio s work

Fabio arrived 1 2 hour early which meant I was not at home Fortunately there was someone in the house but she did not know what I wanted for routing the cable Fabio had looked at my room was already starting work when I arrived After discussion I agreed with his proposal and was happy for him to continue the work in that location He worked efficiently leaving the corner he worked in clean and tidy He helped us both connect phones to the new network and I connected the Hive heating system to ensure it worked before he left I signed on completion of the work before he left having taken about 2 hours

G Network engineer Andrew team 14 installed our router today seemed knowledgeable and efficient had us up and running on the internet in no time Good high speeds much higher than Virgin but much lower in cost

Quick installation and friendly engineers

Engineers Kameiko and Milan were courteous and got the job done quickly The installation failed 10 minutes after they left so returned a few minutes later and fixed the fault If they had offered to clean up the small amount of debris the drilling made I d have given them 5 stars
