Great installation great wifi

Great installation - the engineer German Schmidt was very professional installed the fibre optic cable into the property very neatly and explained everything he was doing We got the advertised speeds immediately after setup and have had no issues since

Very smooth installation

Engineer Wael did a great job running the wires into our flat and to our preferred destination - his work which is barely visible and we are getting great download speeds

Jermaine did an amazing job with the installation alongside his partner He arrived on time with great energy and despite the complex layout he was determined to see it through in an efficient and friendly manner Once he was done he explained everything thoroughly to me and did not leave until he knew I was set up and good to go Couldn t have asked for a better experience thanks again

Great job Lewis

Lewis from MET connections has been such a fantastic and highly knowledgable engineer He has been doing the fibre optic build for yhe building im in and has always cleaned up after himself and left the areas tidy Even better when he started drilling I did request him to stop if possible due to my newborn baby he obliged and helped work around when my baby was sleeping to cause less noise as possible He also had great knowledge in all my questions about the network and how it works look forward to signing up and getting rid of the slow speeds

Excellent customer service just spoke to Tony Ebow Aninakwa form customer services to query few point at our 2nd two year contract renewal documentation Very helpful understood my point very quickly and immediately solved the issue very refreshing to speak to a real person at the other end Keep it up G Network

Hard working

Cables got destroyed during street works which was neither my fault nor G Networks They informed me about it and then spent 3 days fixing the cable and managed to get done earlier than originally expected Thanks for the hard work Kaval

All communication with GNetwork has been very positive from the start and they ve been very accommodating Wael Seedeen who installed and setup the router was very polite personable and efficient in his work Also shout out to Peyman who first knocked on my door to tell me about GNetwork he s very friendly and his sales skills are impressive
