The holographic pigment is breathtaking I had a hard time getting it to transfer well on camera but in person it is absolutely gorgeous Tracking the package was super easy and considering the fact I live in Brazil it got delivered to me rather quickly

The products are extremely pigmented and light weight I bought the glitters and they are just fabulous they aren t chunky at all and feel comfortable on the skin The only thing is that if you re impatient with shipping With COVID going on and being international shipping it takes a very long time to get but to me it s worth the wait I cant wait to get more products from them

Great Customer Service

I had a bit of trouble with receiving my order initially as I purchased around holiday time and after reaching out to HC on instagram they stayed in good communication with me which was awesome I got two items but the stand out was the 1982 holo pigment It s so glittery and beautiful A really knockout color Would definitely purchase again

I totally love Hidden Cosmetics

I totally love Hidden Cosmetics products I bought two of their pigments and they re unbelievably sparkly I bought a pink and silver and they are so pretty it s untrue Delivery is a little slow and mine did take just over 4 weeks to arrive however you have to be understanding due to covid-19 restrictions Maybe a few more updates would be appreciated along the way so customers know where their order is I did get replies to my emails which was reassuring But overall the product is amazing and I can t wait to order more Definitely a small business worth supporting

Long wait but worth it

I placed an order 02 06 I did read the bad reviews but I was hopeful by the latest positive ones everything will be alright It did take until 15 09 to be shipped but they got here and the pigments are absolutely beautiful In my opinion it s worth the wait Customer service replied pretty fast emailed them twice and they replied within 2 business days I do recommend buying

This is a update review Upon further investigation and contact with consumer support Hidden Cosmetics is amazing They have gone above and beyond to sort out my issues We all are in trying times and patience is key They have a spike in sales and are flourishing because of being a very good quality PETA approved makeup Find them on Instagram and Facebook

Excellent customer service and products

The products from this company are top quality Despite a huge hiccup with my order with the unfortunate Royal Mail issues Hidden Cosmetics were honest and in constant contact with me with updates about my order Some of my emails were written with very frustrated language and I commend this company for not losing their cool with all the bumps in the road they faced between backorders royal mail being hacked short staffed and everything else they faced I will absolutely order from them again because as I stated top quality and unique products that I can t find in stores You can t beat true customer service which actually values its customers

Not sure what s going wrong iwth others

Not sure what s going on with so many other orders but I ll be completely honest and say that while there WAS a delay of a couple of weeks with my order I DID receive it I ordered two multichromes and the primer and the multichromes were absolutely beautiful and the primer is going to last me forever I only need a tiny amount and there s enough in the pot for about tne next 5 years lol The only disappointing thing to me with HC is that the multichromes are selling out and they don t seem to be restocking them One of the ones I have Dragon s Egg is unfortunately no longer available so when mine runs out I won t be able to get another That s really my only complaint
