In my opinion they are the banking equivalent of Isreal a brutal and criminal regime who think they above the law and there is no consequences for their actions Do not bank with them if you have any morals self respect and dignity

I have wasted hours today on the online banking app to make a small change to my mortgage The system is glitchy and unstable and I am now back where I started except a lot A LOT more annoyed Call centre operatives were also useless but bound by terrible systems I suspect AVOID AVOID AVOID

The staff we have spoken to during on the telephone conversations were courteous patient and very helpful but the technology involved in trying to do something as simple as rate switch a mortgage is so cumbersome as to be virtually unworkable If even one device fails momentarily to work one number is wrong or one problem arises then the whole system ceases to function Furthermore the same system is far too complex for anyone with special needs to use

1 star only because you can t give 0 Profit before anything else Shut every branch Got rid of relationship manager Shifted onto internet banking online chat good luck with that or telephone banking even more luck required with that Fees rise whilst service reduces actually disappears To honest it would be much better if they just admitted they don t want SMEs or personal bank accounts as customers at least we d know they had a single moral Why stay with them because contrary to what they say its not easy to move a business account

absolutely disgusted by both their chat bot and the following calls nearly an hour on the phone being passed from one person to another and then back again At the end the call at 48 minutes without resolution went dead Time wasted and no resolution having banked with them for 40 years going to change

Worst Banking System
I ve been trying to log my wife onto On-line banking with HBSC for about 3 years with no success Spent hours on the phone to their incoherent Indian call center only to come away more frustrated than when I called them I log on with the customer user name ID only to be told cannot verify Ring India again no fear I have no doubt that the stock answer will appear to this complaint

Help HSBC UK locked my bank account without reason
I transferred money from another bank my own account to my HSBC account without any reason they locked my account HSBC haven t give any notification until I visited the branch for service Even though the account is frozen I can still deposit money into HSBC but I can t withdraw which is terrifying Neither the branch staff nor customer service could help This freeze hasn t ended yet and I don t know when it will end Icompletely unable to conduct other transactions which is causing my depression to flare up again

Worst Bank to Deal
This is the worst bank I have ever come across From 2006 to 2024 never had positive experience Recent experience is they didn t set up Direct Debit then charging for Late Payment Daily Charges etc When talked to customer service they don t accept smallest thing firm denial to reconsider only way is to Complain I don t know why they are still there in UK Jatin
