Very good with fraud I received a text message stating that someone wasy trying to make a payment through my card i text back no as i had not made the payment hsbc cancelled my car and issued a brand new one as it seems someone got hold of my card details i am very happy that hsbc was able to stop this happening

2nd Attempt HSBC Swansea Fantastic service from the staff went in to look at savings accounts very Knowledgeable helpfulFound me an appointment quickly with Isobel Who was excellent answering any questions fully and clearly HSBC should send the London staff for training at Swansea as I got a fixed savings that I hadn t be told about in several London branches

I m baffled by all the negitive reviews I ve had a HSBC current and savings and ISA account most of my life never had any issues Loans debit card credit card renewals upping my overdraft limits Always straight forward Dealt with the fraud safety team just when double checking an odd large payment or my first payment to a gambling site Their algorythms are amazing and phone rings striaght away to check if it is me making the purchase or moving the money I ve also had 2 business accounts at two different times in my life just for a ltd company solo contracting walked into two completely different branches one in Woking one in Pudsey up north and had the same amazing experience I can walk in with a suit or like a deshriveled teen jeans and comical shirt Always treated the same The only slight issue I ve encountered was when helping my wife set up her business account and it taking alot longer then expected days but shes an eu national
