I can t believe it s not Clover

As I meander merrily down Broad Street passing lesser banks my eyes firmly fixed on the bright welcoming sign a white bowtie on a red background as I enter the Reading branch of HSBC I m greeted by a familiar smile it s the magnificent Mirban thank you for your assistance on my last visit The suspense is electrifying as I make my way to the counter wondering who it will be could it be sensational Sonya or the talented Theresa maybe Liberating Leanna or the legendary Linda surely it couldn t be the charismatic Clover I ve already mentioned her in the title and just when I think l might combust spontaneously there sitting next to cultivating Cathy is noteworthy Norma how can I help you she says in her captivity voice Give credit where credit is due no pun intended If only every day could be HSBC banking day

I was caught up in the issue of technical difficulties like thousands of others Logged a complaint on the day Friday 24th November 23 and had a call today from a lovely advisor who apologised and resolved my complaint promptly Thank you HSBC Things happen Was frustrating at the time but hey there are worse things going on in the world

excellent people skills

I went into the HSBC Bank in Kingswood Bristol and I was served by a very good bank clerk her name was Natalie Warr she had excellent customer service skills and made me feel very at ease whilst changing my name on my account as Had got married her customer service and chatty way was excellent i felt like i had known her for ever thank you Natalie it was lovely to meet you

Recently visited Reading brunch of HSBC I was experiencing problems with setting up the app in my telephone Jose the HSBC customer service staff was very friendly He helped me with sorting out the issues very quickly and explained me how it worked Thank you Jose

Absolute xxxx

The worst online and telephone banking experience EVER My wife was having problems on her mobile app and also online on our PC She asked me to help as a retired NatWest City departmental systems projects manager It took 4 hours over two days to resolve the problem via their call centre in Egypt I couldn t understand what most of them were saying their accents were so terrible and they didn t speak clearly Eventually on the second day I spoke to an American whom I could understand

Sulekha was a wonderful advisor

Sulekha was a wonderful advisor far exceeding my expectations She sorted my card issue patiently and quickly explained why it had occurred and how to avoid it and she also went out of her way to consider the best options for accounts for me I came out with an upgraded account feeling supported by an extremely competent advisor She is also good fun Thanks so much
