I opened HSBC Advance current account five days ago The helpdesk people first from Karnataks in India and next day from Malayasia Both the ladies were very very patient and took long time to guide me through step by step lady from Karnataka first opening the account online then setting up all the necessary security detail and next day lady from Malayasia setting up my Android phone App So many adverse reviews surprises me Have I been just lucky to have very helpful helpdesk people

I ve been with HSBC for a few years now
I ve been with HSBC for a few years now and never had any kind of problem with their services They ve looked after my money and let me know in advance when direct debits standing orders are due to leave my account They also provide hints and tips to help you look after your money Would definitely recommend HSBC if you re planning to switch banks

After my umpteenth trip to my local HSBC branch in Reading I would like to thank personally Linda Norma and Clover for the great service they provide As I wish to see in their praises my only dilemma is whose name to sing first thank you HSBC for employing such wonderful staff If only all banks could do the same

Attended Ruislip branch with a problem regarding my mobile phone banking I had been locked out Tried to deal on the phone but no success Your colleague who dealt with my difficulty was absolutely excellent Efficient and professional I was extremely stressed by the situation She reassured me and dealt and talked me through the whole process Which was resolved

Great service received from my Local HSBC branch at kings Heath Birmingham today My husband and I went in with a query and Shiraz helped us he was attentive and resolved our issue quickly He didn t rush us even though the queue was long I have left a message at HSBC with the automated chat but don t think that will go anywhere so thought to put it on here as a real HSBC person does review and respond regularly So this is a shout out for Shiraz so pls let his branch manager know he was brilliant a real asset to HSBC

Went into that branch to open a new account with foreign national IDs and although it s not as straightforward as UK citizen to open an account a lady by the first name Suki helped me and sorted all out Very knowledgeable in her bank product and services

Visited my local branch of HSBC to notify them of my going abroad soon and was given great advise and help to set me up with a global money account and card that can be managed on my mobile banking app Received the card today and lots of useful info given by the young lady that served me Young lady friendly polite helpful great knowledge and I came away quite confident that my holiday will be so much more relaxed not having to worry or carry too much foreign currency and managing most of my spending with the global money card Thank you
