Jahanvi parikh very very good helping the best with account opening She talked very patiently and throughly answered all our questions despite of language barrier we understood everything Very happy and satisfied with her service Would surly recommend her thanks

I would like to thank Sheraz for his patience with putting up with me and making me feel comfortable when I came to tell hsbc about my mum passing I was really emotional and wanted to leave right away as I did the same with barclays and natwest and felt like I was judged by the staff in those banks Sheraz listened and understood everything and made me feel safe He also helped me with my student account and made me understand my overspending He discussed credit card and saving account where I can save for my future overspending I have been with hsbc since uni and never had this interaction with anybody let alone Sheraz who made it all the better xxx

The best service with Asen

Asen from Baker Street branch gave me and my partner valueable advise for our accounts He explained to us all the best options clearly I m finally happy being HSBC customer I wish other branch officers can explain like him all the optionals that they can provide the customer

Went into HSBC Bracknell this morning

Went into HSBC Bracknell this morning with a couple of questions only had to wait two minutes before being seen by a young lady called Suki Walked me through online banking and answered both my questions thank you Excellent service and a happy customer

Received a good service from the HSBC special thanks to Chetan

Received a good service from the HSBC staff at Reading Broad Street branch Would like to mention Chetan in person as he was very helpful and friendly to open the new accounts for my kids and spouse Though the waiting person was very long once the case was in his hand he expediated the process Good job Chetan

Open a sole fixed rate saving

My mom opened a sole fixed rate saving account this morning It simply transferred money from a joint account but the online system does not allow to do so because my mom did not have a sole account here Thanks for the customer representative Nona and two branch managers try hard to solve eventually They are really helpful My mom would like to sincerely say thank you

Sandesh assisted me in opening a HSBC savings account I went to the bank for a different reason and after a very detailed explanation from him he offered me the different savings account options and I was able to make a choice I am so thankful to him

HSBC The world is changing

The world is changing not physically going into the local branch to carry out transactions did seem very strange at first but now the HSBC app works very well or access to them online All works very well plus my local branch is now closed would have to travel great distances to go to a branch I find them an excellent bank happy with all security measures especially if you transfer funds Full marks

Amazing service at the Bolton branch

I visited your Bolton branch today and met with the branch manager Nicola who was simply MAGNIFICENT My wife and I have been struggling for weeks with various banks when paying a foreign cheque into our account but Nicola made the process so straightforward and explained clearly what we needed to do in a timely manner She was attentative built rapport with us and made us feel at ease She is an absolute asset to your institution
