I have a personal bank account with HSBC for over 15 years now They have never let me down Last summer I was in Belarus and my HSBC card was working there too without any problems even when 3 other UK bank card would not allow me to use the cards

I called on Friday 15th March as I wanted to make a large payment I was really suprised and did not know I could change the payment limit on the app and can send up to 50 000 00 a day with no charge at all agent her name was Shahima was so kind and guided me on the app to change the limit I can t thank her enough for sorting me out

Visited Stratford shopping mall branch great team really kind to help me Staff Mosen Helped with card issue and nice staff working here

Always been a good bank company for me When I moved to the UK HSBC was the only bank that allowed me to open an account with minimum deposit and effort It s been perfect since then Thank you

Thank you to the staff at the Truro branch of HSBC who went above and beyond to unite me with some Euros I ordered online through the travel bureau It wasn t their fault that the euros hadn t arrived but they took my concerns seriously and really went the extra mile to send me off on my holiday with them Great customer service is all about how you help when things go wrong and they definitely deserve 5 stars

As a student who s cycled with a few banks I decided to try out HSBC and they ve seemed to be my favourite bank I applied for a student credit card to build credit score and happily accepted me with no issues In store branches have never been a problem for paying money in as well as general support And if im going abroad I can convert my money using HSBC global money with some very respectable rates While the app does feel a little basic compared to the likes of Monzo and Starling I like the black and white feel of everything But I do find it strange that credit card transactions take a while to show up in the app you do get a mobile notification and the available balance does drop but it would be useful to have some information in the pending transactions just in case of any disputes e g shops charging more than they should And I do find it a little strange how there is no option to lower the contactless limit on your card Ideally I would like my contactless limit to be as low as possible such as 5 which lets me get onto the bus but doesnt let thieves hammer my card if it gets stolen but unfortunately there s no way to change it so i guess its stuck on a 100 contactless limit for now

I have been with HSBC for 25 years and the only issue I have ever had is the closure of branches but that s just the way the world is now As long as there are branches in town centers I am happy with this as the way people do banking has now changed

We went into HSBC in Abingdon to open a bank account as we had a cheque that our existing bank would not accept It was a pleasure to visit a local branch and the lady who worked with us through the process could not have been more pleasant and helpful Best customer service we have experienced in a long time

Visited the HSBC branch in Kingswood Bristol without an appointment I required help and advice for an account on which I am named as Power of Attorney I was helped immediately by Kam Kaur who sorted the problem for me and also assisted me to sign up for internet banking A most efficient and helpful outcome
